1、原唱是香港著名女歌手，陈慧娴。

2、《千千阙歌》歌曲的旋律其实是来自于日本歌手近藤真彦的歌曲《夕阳之歌》，当时大家认为，这首歌虽然没有过于激扬的旋律，却在平淡中透着忧伤，与此次陈慧娴离别的主题十分吻合。于是香港填词人林振强将这首歌重新进行了作词。创作《千千阙歌》时，陈慧娴正暗恋一位男生，于是将自己的感情唱进了歌曲中。
